Putting your advertisement here, as a private landlord (no agencies or large commercial landlords please) or as someone seeking accommodation is absolutely free.

Please note:

I reserve the right to edit the wording of adverts placed directly on my site.
I reserve the right to refuse adverts without giving a reason.
Even if I accept an advert I reserve the right to delete it at any time without giving a reason.
As a free service done in my spare time I make no guarantees about how quickly I will be able to respond to requests to place or remove adverts. But I would often expect to be able to give you a same-day service if you submit your advertisement before 1800.
I may choose to discontinue this service at any time without notice.

Actually I've never had any trouble of any sort, and I haven't changed any ads much beyond spelling and Ł signs. I'm just trying to make sure that I don't accidentally acquire the legal obligations of an accommodation agency.

To place your advertisement:

Either use the form below (or, but only if all else fails, please, email me the details at canb@brettward.co.uk). Advertisements will normally disappear from the site when the expiry date is reached. You can set the expiry date to anything you like, but please don't change it from the default unless you have a good reason. At any time after your advertisement has appeared you may delete it or change the expiry date; alternatively (but only as a last resort, please) email me at canb@brettward.co.uk when you don't need the ad any more.

I will publish ads whose only contact information is a telephone number, but I suspect that you'll get more response if you include an email address or URL.
