Adding Pictures to Your Advertisement

If you would like some picture(s) to appear in your advertisement there are two ways you can do this:

Upload the pictures to some web server on which you have space, and include the anchor tags in the text of your advertisement.
Email the picture(s) to me, and I will put them on my server and edit the advertisement text for you, but please read the request below.

If you're going to email the picture(s) to me it would be really helpful - and could get you a faster response - if you were to follow these instructions:

Resize each picture so that its longer edge is 200 pixels. This is because there is quite a lot of traffic on the Cambridge Accommodation Notice Board and I have to pay for bandwidth: if I were to post large pictures it could get quite expensive. (There's no size limit to pictures you include in your ad if you upload them yourself to your own web space.)
Name the files nnnnn.jpg (if you have just a single picture) or nnnnn_1.jpg, nnnnn_2.jpg etc (if you have more than one picture) where nnnnn is the reference number of your advertisement.
Email the pictures to me at canb@brettward.co.uk. Please include your advertisement reference number in the email's Subject, and it would save me looking it up if you were to include the advertisement's password in the body of the email.
