Taku Glacier Lodge

Our trip was in 1989. We got a discount because we were on our honeymoon (but I don't think we were supposed to tell everybody that).

Flights from Juneau over the Juneau icecap, either returning directly to Juneau or visiting the Taku Glacier Lodge for lunch and flying back to Juneau in the afternoon.

The black blob is a bear (honest) from 600 feet. Actually, we flew to the lodge in a Beaver but back in a spam can (206) from which the bear photo was taken.
